What is CODIC?

CODIC is an organization dedicated to the exploration, development, and sharing of organization development (OD) knowledge, information, and wisdom. 

CODIC meets 5 times per year on Saturday mornings in September, November, January, March, and May. Our membership includes professionals, consultants, and practitioners in:

  • Human Resources
  • Learning and Leadership Development
  • Academic Researchers
  • Students
  • Anyone interested in Change Management trends and practices.
