Design Thinking and Your Current OD Work

Have you seen how Design Thinking is expanding in the world of OD? Two perspectives will give you options on how you can use Design Thinking in your own OD work.

Ryan Smerek will introduce a three-phase approach to Design Thinking that we will practice in the group.

Bruce Mabee will bring us a process that combines Design Thinking and OD, illustrating it with a crisis case he "survived."

What are you doing that Design Thinking can help you do better?

 Learning Objectives:

- Focus what Design Thinking is, and when and you might use it as a problem-solving methodology.

- Get familiar with alternative approaches and uses of Design Thinking.

- Apply Design Thinking resources in your toolkit as an OD practitioner.
