Getting the Most from Your Brain, Neesa Sweet
Advances in neuroscience over the past several years have given us the power to literally see inside people’s heads. What we’re learning provides insight into how we communicate, work together, affect each other emotionally, use resources, make decisions, pursue innovation and have influence in groups—in short, the stuff of OD.
Join us when Neesa Sweet of the Braided River Group Ltd. takes us on a journey through what we know now that we didn’t know before and explains how we can use that in our work. Along the way, we’ll become acquainted with memorable models and operational tactics, and hear stories of researchers, writers and practitioners such as Daniel Siegel, Matt Lieberman, Naomi Eisenberger, Evian Gordon, David Rock, Charles Duhigg and others who are bridging the gap between the worlds of research, business and personal application.
Be prepared to learn some useful techniques, to practice them, and to gain additional insights through interactive activities. Leave with takeaways you can put to work for your clients and in your life.
