Mindful Leadership

Mindfulness and meditation programs are moving well into the mainstream in the areas of stress relief, well-being, and employee engagement. But there is a larger frame emerging of mindfulness as a source and foundation for larger strategic initiatives designed to equip organizations and people to be more competitive, resourceful and resilient in a volatile, uncertain world. How do mindfulness practices help executive leaders be more effective in this environment? In this interactive session, Thea Polancic of ClearSpace will draw on her experiences working with CEOs and senior teams using mindfulness as an integral part of developing intimate, effective high performance teams and purpose-driven, highly profitable organizations.

As a result of attending this program, participants will:

Learn the various definitions of mindfulness and explore the speaker’s use and definition of mindfulness

  • Gain an understanding of why mindfulness has become a popular topic
  • Get first-hand experience in how mindfulness is used with an executive leadership team
  • Learn how to make the case for using mindfulness with achievement oriented leaders
