360-Degree Feedback Instruments:  Deciding how to augment your leadership development programs

Via Webinar!

Whether you are an internal or external organizational development practitioner, deciding if and how to use 360-degree feedback instrument can be overwhelming. This session will explore the role 360-degree feedback plays in the coaching process and how to use it to enrich a comprehensive development program rather than making it the central focus.  You will also learn more about a few instruments being used in many programs today.  Participants will leave with a better understanding of the process, tools, and best practices that are derived from research as well as the combined experience of the participants.  We hope you will join us for this educational and engaging discussion!
