Program Description (partial – till our presenter returns from vacation on 2/12!)

Are you interested in learning how design thinking can be applied to start up an OD function in an organization?  Come join us to learn about such a journey involving a new initiative to build Design Thinking into a transforming financial services organization in Chicago.   Our presenter joined ByLine Bank in early 2017 with the chance to build a learning organization.   Hear how this organization utilized an outside design thinking firm to start a new initiative internally, and then join in a discussion of how any lessons learned may relate to your organization or consulting practice.

The discussion will be led by Aideen Shea, the Manager of Learning & Development since early 2017 at ByLine Bank in Chicago.  (More to follow on Aideen’s bio.)

This is not a CODIC event.
