Join us and Donald Anderson, PhD in this seminar to discuss his guide on how to prepare organizational leadership to make smart strategic decisions when designing and redesigning organizations. In this lecture he will expound upon utilizing strategy, structure, processes, people and rewards to facilitate creating a high performing organization.
Anderson has worked at Oracle for 17 years as an organization development consultant and is currently the Director of Organization and Talent Development. His research focuses on discourse in organizational and institutional settings, and his studies of organizational discourse and change have been published in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Change Management and the Journal of Business and Technical Communication.
