Michelle Yanahan,

Michelle Yanahan

Looking to create more energy, action and better outcomes for change within your organization?

Most organizations focus on the problems, issues and failures associated with change in an attempt to problem solve their way to success. Although it is important to understand these, behavioral science informs us that if we work and think differently from a success view point, we can build more curiosity as well as increase both enthusiasm and optimism for change.

In this engaging session, you will learn about the power of the positive, see the positive change principle in action simply and practically to better execute organizational change.

Learning Objectives

1 Define common models of positive psychology

2. Differentiate and understand the benefit of leading change using positive(s) versus current organizational change practices

3. Understand and be able to incorporate the use of positive actions throughout change execution

4. Gain key learning & tools for immediate practice
