​Coaching since 1999, Micki Lewis has a huge passion for coaching and has coached hundreds of both technical and non-technical leaders across global / domestic environments and very diverse industries.

Lewis obtained her Masters of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior and Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University, Lisle, IL.  The International Coach Federation credentialed Micki as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) in 2004 and is a graduate from Coach U and is a licensed facilitator for the Corporate Coach U Coaching Clinic.  Micki was a Master Coach facilitating LINKAGE’s Coaching Leaders Certificate Program and holds certifications in Learning and Performance (ATD’s-CPLP) and numerous assessment certificates in Communication, Culture and Change.

Ms. Lewis has published 22+ articles and is a featured author of Real World Career Development Strategies that WORK!  Most recently she penned an article, "LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT" connecting five concepts from cable television home renovation shows to rehabbing your career.  http://americanoptician.epubxp.com/t/150790-the-american-optician

As former President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and along with her team, is most proud of turning the Chicago Chapter around for the first time in six years both financially and membership wise, increasing it a healthy 33%.  Lewis, a former CODIC Board Member with Lifelong Membership with Chicago ATD, also belongs to HRMAC and both the International Coach Federation and ICF Chicago Chapter organizations.
