Prior to joining Work Effects, Michael was a Senior Partner for Questar Data Systems where he helped grow the organization by over 257% in three years.  Michael was a Practice Leader for NCS/Pearson Organizational Assessments, where he partnered with David Campbell and Marshal Goldsmith to implement hundreds of leadership and organizational development initiatives. He has an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.
