On the morning of the meeting, security staff in the main lobby will ask to see a photo ID, confirm your registration and provide you with a visitor’s pass. If you do not RSVP by February 20th your name will not be on the list and you will not be able to join the meeting which is located on the 7th floor. Program Format: Mix of presentation, large group & small group discussion. Informal atmosphere; please bring your own coffee/tea/snacks (note: there is a convenient Au Bon Pain connected to the building as well as a place to buy coffee and snacks on the 7th floor near our meeting). Come join us to learn about such a journey involving a new initiative to build Design Thinking into a transforming financial services organization in Chicago. Our presenter joined ByLine Bank in early 2017 with the chance to build a learning organization. Hear how this organization utilized an outside design thinking firm to start a new initiative internally, and then join in a discussion of how any lessons learned may relate to your organization or consulting practice. The discussion will be led by Aideen Shea, the Manager of Learning & Development since early 2017 at ByLine Bank in Chicago. (More to follow on Aideen’s bio.) This is not a CODIC event.
