Creating Solid Agreements and Accountability: Showing Others That They Count!

Often when we make agreements, they are loose and our expectations are then not met, and the agreement is not upheld.  When we learn to make solid agreements, it enhances our lives.  Add to that, learning to hold someone accountable, all the while having them feel cared for, is a powerful way of empowering others to see and feel their greatness. When we shame or bully someone when we hold them accountable, they often get resentful and angry.  They may not show it, but in the long run it hurts the relationship you have with them.

Once you have begun to set solid agreements with others, hold them accountable in a loving way, and set consequences that are decided between you, life works better.  You will find that you have more time, more energy and your relationships are closer and more enjoyable.
