Rocket Learner Engagement through Virtual Learning that Sticks!

With in-person training at a halt, you are likely thinking about how to convert your classroom training into virtual learning experiences. Corporations must now level-up and offer creative and appealing virtual ways to engage, train and develop their workforce. And today's active professionals depend on technology and mobile devices to stay connected and plugged in; these modern learners seek personalized learning that is interesting, accessible, and available anywhere, on any device.

Join this session to see a state-of-the art virtual and experiential learning approach and how it can be implemented with or without a technology platform!  VIRTUAL EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING can be applied to all kinds of content, and works especially well for “soft skills” training.   This methodology focuses on creating learning experiences that motivate employees to continue their development, especially in these uncertain times.

This 90-second video provides a glimpse of what will be addressed in this interactive virtual workshop:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9L_ocpuCes

Virtual Experiential Learning doesn’t just deliver knowledge through videos and written content; learners are required to take action by experimenting and applying what they have learned. It's more effective because it helps establish lasting behavior change. When used in combination with a variety of methods such as gamification, micro-learning, and breaking content down into bite-sized pieces, learners are engaged and motivated. Dripped content and application of concepts are key to improving performance through 1:1 and group coaching delivered using our methodology and Learning Experience Platform.

In this session, you’ll learn an innovative way to combine a variety of active methods such as:

  • an online learners’ community
  • pre and post survey measurement
  • manager involvement
  • accountability partners
  • online assessments
  • progress tracking
  • live and online individual and group coaching and more!

  • review design methods used in Virtual Experiential Learning
  • experience a Virtual Experiential Career Development program on a Learning Experience Platform
