Virtual, Experiential Learning

Diane Kubal, founder of Fulcrum Network and talent broker for more than 20 years, has created virtual experiential programs that increase employee engagement, improve employee retention and reduce turnover by helping early career talent and high potentials create a talent alignment plan.  Her programs take an innovative approach, based on the latest trends in learning and development, using experiential learning integrated with virtual methods.

Diane will share her methodology in a session for both internal and external consultants to convert existing instructor-led content into engaging virtual training, the way today’s emerging workers prefer to learn.  She will help you transform your training into learning that keeps your (internal and external) clients coming back for more!

Upon completing this workshop you will:

  • Define what virtual experiential learning is
  • Understand how to design and convert your existing instructor led training into virtual experiential learning
  • View a live program that uses virtual experiential learning
  • Recognize the benefits of virtual experiential learning for organizations, learners and internal/external consultants

Join us for an interactive workshop that can help you take your learning programs to the next level!

Diane Kubal

Founder of Fulcrum Network, Diane has been matching client needs with independent consultants and small boutique firms for more than twenty years.

Diane can identify people’s true talents.  She's built a successful business helping people align those gifts to professional opportunities.

More than 20 years ago, Diane founded Fulcrum Network, a boutique talent agency that helps Human Resource professionals identify the best consultants, trainers, and speakers. The goal? To improve staff performance, drive cultural change, and solve organizational issues. With a client roster that includes Bosch, Schneider Electric and United Airlines, Diane's successful experience and innate ability to recognize a person's inner gifts, helped her develop her own unique consulting model called essential circlesSM. This proprietary tool helps early career top talent including emerging leaders and individual contributors as well as independent consultants discover what they do best. Delivered to corporations and individuals by certified coaches, her CAREER essentials program helps clients define their abilities and align them with their work for greater alignment, success and work/life balance.

A sought after expert in organization development, instructional design, and human resources, Diane has presented to the:

  • Association for Talent Development

  • International Society for Performance and Instruction
